Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a notes section detailing different sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
